- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.
We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following details:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- Items must be in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

- Rugby Balls
- Squash Balls
- Table Tennis Balls
Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Ball Sports Store.
